Common questions
How do I manage pH?
Keep it in the 5.5 to 6.5 range for most crops and test every few days. A cheap pH pen and a bottle of pH down are all you need to stay in range.
How often do I change the solution?
Top up as the level drops and do a full change every one to two weeks to keep the balance right, then check pH and EC after every change.
Do I need supplements straight away?
No. Start with a balanced base nutrient and add supplements only where a crop or stage genuinely calls for it.
